At The end of the course you will be able to:

State the general Legislation applicable to Roadworks
Display an understanding of Legal terms and the obligations that result
Display a knowledge of Duties on people as a result of the obligations
Evaluate risks at Roadworks and state how to “manage” that risk
State how to act in the event of witnessing unsafe work practices by third parties
